Roland Foster has been involved in Dispute work for over 20 years and has experience of both high and low value disputes. The dispute work includes claims for delay, loss and expense, acceleration, and repudiation.
Roland Foster & Associates can act and represent Clients in Mediation, Adjudication & Arbitration and provide litigation support.
We work with Clients own project teams, independently or in conjunction with legal teams.
We provide independent advice upon existing claims and or potential claims and can further provide Expert Witness Reports under the CPR.
Finally, Roland is a contributor to the ISURV web site of the RICS where he writes on JCT Contracts, Construction Claims and Infrastructure Claims, and has also written articles for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on Mediation.
